Universal Terms of Service Agreement

This Universal Terms of Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of your use of this website (“Site”) or the date of electronic acceptance between you and UxNitro. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site and the products and services purchased or accessed through this Site (the “Services”), and is in addition to any specific terms and conditions that apply to the particular Services. 8. No Spam; Liquidated Damages

UxNitro does not tolerate spamming and may terminate Accounts connected with spam. By using our products and services, you agree to comply with our no-spam policy.

9. Trademark and/or Copyright Claims

UxNitro supports the protection of intellectual property. If you have a trademark or copyright claim, please refer to UxNitro’s Trademark and/or Copyright Infringement Policy for further instructions.

UxNitro reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. Automatic renewal of services is the default setting unless disabled by the user.

18. Successors and Assigns: The agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties’ respective heirs, successors, and assigns.

19. No Third-Party Beneficiaries: The agreement does not confer any third-party rights or benefits.

20. Compliance with Local Laws: Users are responsible for compliance with all local laws, rules, and regulations when accessing the site or services.

21. Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue; Waiver of Trial by Jury: The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with federal law of the United States. Users agree to waive the right to trial by jury in any action or proceeding relating to the agreement.
